This document sets out the Terms and Conditions you need to be aware of when using this website. Please take a moment to read them, as they set out your important rights and obligations and I care about making sure we both know where we stand. When you visit this website, use my services, you agree that you are over the age of 18 and willing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t accept this agreement, you should not continue to visit this website or purchase from me.

Payment Terms
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Some products and services on this site may be available for instant purchase. I accept payments via Square (http://www.squareup.com/), PayPal (www.paypal.com) or direct bank deposits.
If making a direct deposit please use your surname and invoice number as a reference. When payment clears in my account I will issue you with a tax receipt. Please let me know if there is any issue or you do not receive a receipt.
Delivery
Consultations are conducted either face to face in my clinic in Cairns, QLD or online via Zoom. My physical address for in clinic consultations will be given out upon booking the consultation.
For consultations via Zoom I will e-mail you the link upon booking of your consultation. I ask that you enter the Zoom meeting at the specified time of the consultation and not earlier. Should you connect in via Zoom at the specified time and I am not present, please allow 5-10 minutes in case circumstances beyond my control have occurred. If I am not present after 10 minutes beyond the start time you may message me via Facebook or email: tracey@traceymclean.com.au
If you are not on time for your scheduled appointment, I will attempt to contact you via phone and email for up to 15 minutes past the appointment time and then I will cancel the appointment. It is important to me that for both our benefit we get the most out of our time together. I ask that you turn up ready for the consultation and if via Zoom ensure that you are in a quiet, private and safe space. The consultation will start and end at the time specified upon booking excepting events outside human control.
Refund Policy
HERBALIST & NATUROPATHIC CONSULTATIONS & MEDICAL INTUITIVE CONSULATIONS
Should you miss a scheduled Herbalist & Naturopathic or Medical Intuitive consultation with me without providing 24 hours notice, in the first instance you may reschedule your appointment. However should you miss a scheduled appointment a second time without providing 24 hours notice your payment will be forfeit.
Any reschedule requests or cancellations require at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
CHANGE OF MIND
I endeavour to provide a quality service and want you to be 100% happy with the service you receive. However if you are not totally satisfied with any service you have received from me, contact me within 48 hours of receiving the service via email: tracey@traceymclean.com.au so we can arrange to discuss your concerns.
Consumer Guarantees
MINOR PROBLEM
If you have an issue with a service I have provided, please contact me immediately at tracey@traceymclean.com.au to discuss the issue and allow me to rectify the issue where able.
If internet connection issues or other events outside human control occur during an online consultation and prevent me delivering the service as specified, then the consultation will be rescheduled and completed with no extra charge.
MAJOR PROBLEM
A major problem is one which cannot be fixed or is too difficult to fix. It is something that would have prevented you from purchasing the service if you had known about it in advance. When there is a major problem, you have the right to choose whether you would prefer to:
· Cancel the contract and receive a refund: If you would like to receive a refund due to a major problem, you must contact me within 48 hours of purchasing or receiving the service.
· Seek compensation for the difference between the price paid and the value of the services actually provided: if you discover a major problem and wish to cancel the contract after 48 hours, you must tell me as soon as you become aware of the major problem. I will determine whether you are entitled to a refund based on the nature of the problem and the time since purchase.
Should you choose to cancel a contract for services you may do so by notifying me either verbally or in writing via email: tracey@traceymclean.com.au. If you choose to cancel the contract you will receive a refund for the difference between any amount paid and the value of services actually provided including any additional costs incurred related to future provision of services in contract.
Visitor Information
Please feel free to send me your comment by email, on my Facebook page or Instagram account, where you are very welcome to leave a comment. Having said this, I still reserve the right to moderate any comments made on any of my social media channels, including deleting comments that I deem to be rude, offensive, spammy or unacceptable without any notification or correspondence with you.
Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
JURISDICTION
Tracey McLean Herbalist & Naturopath is located in Queensland. This agreement is subject to the governing law of Queensland, Australia.
NEGOTIATION
If you have any issue or complaint arising out of your use of this website or these terms and conditions, you and Tracey McLean Herbalist & Naturopath agree to make a genuine effort to resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion.
MEDIATION
If we are unable to resolve an issue by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, an independent accredited mediator may be engaged to assist with resolution of the issue. If we are still unable to reach an agreement, any disputes or arguments arising under this agreement are to be dealt with under the law of Queensland, Australia.
